Depressed is such a strong word. People throw it around way too much, marginalizing folks who are actually struggling with a legitimate medical diagnosis that is very difficult to cope with at times. If you talk to me long enough, it may SEEM like I am depressed, but I've never been diagnosed with it... so I guess...
